Purpose

Personal information provided through direct contact channels should be used only for legitimate purposes connected with responding to the enquiry, assessing a potential instruction, providing legal services where properly instructed, meeting legal obligations, or protecting legitimate rights and interests.

Minimal collection

The website does not operate a server-side enquiry database. Its enquiry builder prepares a message in your browser and transfers you to WhatsApp or your email application.

Your choices

You decide whether to send the prepared message and what information to include. Avoid sending original identity documents, banking credentials or other highly sensitive records unless the firm specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.
